1. Residents must educate their visitors to report directly to the security for sign in /Out at the time of arrival. If concierge is not present at the desk a voice mail maybe left at 905-949-4995. 

2. No vehicle registration will be taken on phone. 

3. All visitors that checks in must provide a suite number to which they are visiting, that suite will have an overnight stay counted towards them should the visitor stay after 02:00 am.

4. Respective residents will be held responsible for any damage to the visitors parking by their guest’s i-e vandalism, leaking oil etc. 

5. Visitors parking is not a storage area for the travellers, NO vehicle should be left while the owner has left for vacation.

6. Pscc-960 is not responsible for any stolen or damaged vehicles in the parking garage.
