Dear Residents:

 

We would like to remind everyone in the building.

 

1)    If having a holiday party, please make sure noise levels are kept to     a reasonable level to not interfere with the comfort of your     neighbors.  Also     make sure all guests and their vehicles are     registered with security.

2)    Make sure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not     thrown from the balcony.  This can cause damage to both person     and property.

3)    If going away for the holidays, please make sure that all water and     electrical appliances are turned off prior to leaving the suite.  Also,     make sure to notify security that you are away and leave a contact     number where you can be reached in case of emergency.

4)    Please dispose of garbage properly.  Large items should be brought     down to ground level and disposed of in the Refuse room.  Please     don’t clog the garbage chutes by throwing large items down the     chutes.  This causes foul smells to permeate the building.

5)    Most importantly, have a great time.
